great layout but lacking some amenities

The apartment layout was truly impressive, providing a welcoming atmosphere that made us feel at home. The washer/dryer was a thoughtful touch, making our stay convenient. We enjoyed the large bay windows leading to the balcony, which infused the space with natural light and offered lovely city views.

The absence of certain amenities, like a hair dryer, was a minor inconvenience.

i had a fantastic stay, enjoying the spacious feeling of my apartment along with the lovely garden view from the balcony, and the location made lounging in le roys bush walkway and exploring nearby cafes as easy as a few steps away.

The apartment was spacious with quality furnishings, and the balcony view of Auckland was stunning! The staff were welcoming, and its cleanliness made our stay so much more enjoyable.

I had a great time at Fernz Motel & Apartments. The apartment had everything we needed, including a lovely kitchen and plenty of space. The views of Auckland City harbour at night were absolutely stunning. The room was very clean and tidy, making us feel comfortable. Staff members were warm and welcoming, making check-in a breeze. The parking situation was also excellent, with free options available right under the building. There was, however, a bit of noise from other guests that disrupted our peace on a couple of nights. We had a noisy group nearby that made it hard to sleep. Overall, it was a wonderful stay despite the noise issue, and I'd definitely consider returning for another visit.

If you’re a foodie, don't miss the udon at Hayashi Japanese Restaurant, just a stroll away—seriously, it’s a game-changer! Also, the large balcony with cozy furniture was a fab spot to unwind after a busy day. Plus, the room had a spacious layout, perfect for stretching out after our culinary adventures.

Now, about that WiFi hiccup on Friday. it really put a damper on my plans to send important docs to Europe.

I really enjoyed my time at this hotel, especially since I could easily stroll to beautiful parks like Le Roys Bush Walkway within just a few steps and find delicious dining options like Hayashi Japanese Restaurant just a quick walk away. it made exploring the area so much fun and convenient.

fernz motel & apartments birkenhead had a great location, just a short walk from cafes and shops. our apartment was very comfortable, with a stunning view, and the washing machine was a fantastic bonus after days on the road.
